Warning. These are the most dishonest and unprofessional suppliers I've dealt with in over 5 years of importing. Rebecca and Jenny lie constantly, change prices, specs, and terms after deals are closed. They don’t understand basic trade rules and always try to take advantage. They charged hidden fees, shipped damaged and wrong items, and even sent fewer products than paid for — if you don’t notice, they win. They refused responsibility for everything. I had to do their job: make invoices, request packing lists, and fix their mistakes. Total amateurs. A waste of time, money, and energy. Avoid them at all costs. Alibaba should investigate and ban suppliers like this.
